Random token per worker, printable code under the QR for when the camera won't cooperate. Unknown codes are rejected loudly.
Photo confirm on every scan
The operator sees the worker's photo, name, and designation before anything records — the buddy-punching check that costs no hardware.
Shift engine, not a spreadsheet
Day and night shifts, grace period, half-day threshold, weekly offs and holidays. Change a rule and all history re-derives instantly.
Missing punches stay visible
A forgotten clock-out auto-closes at shift end and is flagged MISSING_OUT — never silently counted as a full day.
CSV and audit trail
Daily board plus employee × day month matrix, CSV export for payroll, manual corrections with reasons. Nothing is ever deleted.
GPS self check-in
